Growing up I was always told "Beauty is pain"
It comes through the observations that women, and men also do some pretty crazy, PAINful things to look attractive.

Like wearing waist-trainers / corsets just so we can fit in that beautiful dress and show off curves that we wish our momma gave us. Barely able to breathe!

But we want to look attractive. We want to be to be liked, we want to look good.

It was only recently that I have found the secret to beauty and fitness. Beauty does not always have to be pain.
